1. Healthy Diet Planning Programming

The class have 10 groups in 1 group there are 5-6 members. Learning to plan for health, practicing cooking skill making Taiwanese food such as Pineapple cake, Golden kimchi, and Chocolate pudding which is working as a group. The teacher spoke only Chinese.

2. Hotel Rooms Division Management & Practice Programming

Learning about abbreviation that is used in the hotel and watched a work situation video and resolved etc.

The teacher used Chinese and English in communication.

3. Food & Beverage Management Programming

The class have 10 groups in 1 group there are 5-6 members. Practicing cooking skill making Taiwanese food such as Chicken Toast, Fried Chicken Sushi Hot, Dumplings and etc. The teacher spoke only Chinese.

4. Bakery Practice and Theory Programming

The class have 10 groups in 1 group there are 5-6 members.

Group work: Making bakery once a week. The teacher spoke only Chinese.

5. Workplace English Programming

Learning about English movies which has Chinese subtitle, guidelines for writing CV and the hidden power of smiling. The teacher used Chinese and English in communication.

6. Chinese Programming

Learning Taiwanese vocabularies such as Festivals, Countries, Food, and etc. The teacher spoke Chinese and English.

7. Tourism English Programming

Learning about housekeeping, the teacher spoke Chinese and English.
